A typical programme will generally combine Aerobic (CV), resistance (weights) & flexibility to give you the workout that suits you best. In addition to one-on-one training, we also offer group training. The benefit of group training allows you to spread the cost, as well as the opportunity to meet and build new friendships. Group training sessions often helps people to become more motivated, this in turn ensures that you do not miss regular exercise.
