A typical day at G.F.F.A
 
For me personally my day is very varied. My role as a Fitness Instructor at Miskin Manor Health Club allows me to have both one to one training with clients as well as teaching a varied number of classes.  I also undertake nutrition consultations and develop healthy eating programs for health and vitality, fat loss, muscle gain and health issues.  
 
The only thing better than improving your own quality of life, is improving someone else's quality of life. 
 
Working with clients to lose weight, build strength, gain confidence and improve their overall health is the greatest satisfaction. Every time my clients achieve their fitness goals, I am reminded why I chose to become a Fitness Trainer.  
 
Personal fitness training is about changing lives for the better.  
 
As a Fitness instructor my job is based around many sports conditioning techniques including kickboxing, human sport, spin and a number of other classes that add variety to clients training.
 
 
 
 I could not imagine a better job than personal fitness training. There are unlimited growth opportunities because of growing health concerns.
 
 
In addition to taking fitness classes for the Health Club I also teach kickboxing.  Kickboxing is my passion and long term hobby.  I have trained and taught kickboxing for many years and believe that the discipline gained from martial arts is a skill you retain for the rest of your life. 
 
 
 
I am also the resident Massage Therapist at Miskin Manor Health Club offering both relaxing and sports massage treatment.   Sports Massage is ideal to treat injuries as well prevent recurring injuries.  I believe that massage is a useful treatment in maintaining healthy muscles and connective tissue.  It can improve your range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle and quality of posture.
